Life stress can definitely impac...Oh I'm sorry. Life stress can definitely impact OCD levels. Have you considered marriage counseling? My husband and I have done it and it was very helpful.<br /><br />I gat anxiety attacks too. Strangely enough, I get two different kinds. Meaning, they feel differently and present differently. Really, really weird. They feel awful of course, but I remind myself that they are simply my body over reacting, and that they DBT really indicate anything more than that. They go away pretty quick these days. I try to deep breathe through them.
